For pick-up, please proceed to the arrivals level and look for a large pink pylon labeled “LAX Shuttles.” Wait at this sign and board the blue “LAX Economy Parking” shuttle. This shuttle will take you to the LAX Economy Parking Garage. Once there, exit the shuttle and follow the signs to the “Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area” on Level 1, near the vending machines on the southeast side. You must return the vehicle to the Rental office, the Zezgo shuttle will take you directly to the airport, there will be no other stops. Always leave plenty of time in your schedule to allow for traffic, both on the freeways and at the airport.
